A custom onsite rebuild was necessary to restore a significant portion of an 80-year-old concrete staircase that had suffered damage. The new construction was designed to seamlessly blend with the undamaged sections while being upgraded to meet current building codes and ADA standards. To enhance structural integrity, we installed additional steel supports to reinforce the railings, all while ensuring minimal disruption, as the facility remained fully operational throughout the project.
