Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all tasks and activities related to your project, ensuring that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the project.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
  • Oversee the production of your products by updating shop drawings to meet field requirements, Producing CNC programming, cut lists and utilizing Microvellum for the production of casework.
  • Clearly communicate project timelines, schedules, and budgets, and ensure all stakeholders adhere to them.
  • Coordinate with estimators, field representatives, drafting, account and production teams to ensure accurate execution of client specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project timelines and quality requirements.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including, change orders, schedules, client communications and close out documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the cabinetry, woodworking, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of custom cabinetry design, manufacturing processes, and installation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
